How One-to-One Sessions Work

Each session is tailored to your goals, blending strength-building Pilates and considered progressions at a pace that feels right for your body.

A typical session may include:

  • gentle mobility to ease stiffness

  • precise, controlled strengthening

  • targeted work for hips, spine, shoulders or core

  • hands-on guidance (in person) for alignment and technique

  • supportive cues that help you understand what you’re feeling and why it matters
