I offer private Pilates sessions in West London (W12, W6, W3, W4, W11, W8) - in your home, online, or in my home studio. Ideal if you’re rebuilding after injury, wanting focused strength and mobility work, or prefer personal guidance and clear, precise cueing.
Private sessions cost £65 per hour, available in person, online or as a home visit

How One-to-One Sessions Work
Each session is tailored to your goals, blending strength-building Pilates and considered progressions at a pace that feels right for your body.
A typical session may include:
gentle mobility to ease stiffness
precise, controlled strengthening
targeted work for hips, spine, shoulders or core
hands-on guidance (in person) for alignment and technique
supportive cues that help you understand what you’re feeling and why it matters
