Body Control Pilates teacher, Certified Back4Good® Practitioner, specialising in strength, mobility, back pain support and bone health, based in West London.

I discovered Pilates in 2009 after the birth of my children, and it felt like a quiet revolution in how I moved and felt. I realised that low-impact movement could deliver high-impact results. I felt strengthened, lengthened, and balanced in my body again.

Some years later, I broke my leg and suffered a prolapsed lumbar disc in a serious skiing accident. I was working full-time at a desk with two preschool children at home, managing the pain the way most people do - painkillers, physio appointments, carrying on. But it progressed. Eventually I couldn’t function, and a nerve root block injection under general anaesthetic changed everything.

I experienced a relapse six years later, but worse this time. Another hospitalisation, another nerve root block injection.

Physiotherapy supported the early stages of recovery, but it was consistent Pilates practice that ultimately helped me restore my mobility and rebuild strength. It became, and remains, the foundation of my physical and mental wellbeing.

Working with clients with osteoporotic fractures, aging came into sharper focus and it changed how I think about the work I do. I’m now a passionate advocate for protecting bone health, weaving it into my offer.

I teach Pilates because I simply want to support you on your journey to feeling your best every day.

My approach

Strength with care

I teach flowing, full-body Pilates that builds real strength and mobility without overwhelm. Calm, controlled progressions that challenge you, leaving you feeling stronger from the inside out.

Clear, precise cueing and corrections

I’m known for detailed, encouraging cueing and hands-on guidance (in person), helping you understand what you’re doing, why it matters and how it should feel.

Supportive and injury-aware

As a Certified Back4Good® Practitioner and I support people returning to movement after back pain, stiffness or injury, offering safe options, clear guidance and steady progression. If you’re looking for support with back pain, you may find my 6-Week Back Health Programme helpful.

I also support Clients with hip, shoulder, and neck pain, sometimes working in tandem with their physiotherapists to help their rehab.

Strong bones

I strongly encourage my midlife Clients to look after their bone health. As a specialist in this area I can safely and effectively support clients with Osteoporosis and complex fractures, and design programmes to maintain and strenghten bone mass density.
