Body Control Pilates teacher, Certified Back4Good® Practitioner, specialising in strength, mobility and back pain support across West London.
I discovered Pilates in 2009 after the birth of my children, and it felt like a quiet revolution in how I moved and felt. I realised that low-impact movement could deliver high-impact results - I felt strenghtened, lengthened, grounded and confident in my body again.
Some years later, I broke my leg and suffered a prolapsed lumbar disc in a serious skiing accident. I experienced a relapse six years later. Both episodes led to hospitalisation and nerve root block spinal injections, fortunately avoiding invasive surgery each time.
Physiotherapy supported the early stages of recovery but it was Pilates that ultimately helped me restore my moblity and rebuild strength. It became, and remains, the foundation of my physical and mental wellbeing.
I teach Pilates because I want to support you on your journey to feeling your best every day.
