Pilates classes in Hammersmith

Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am

Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm

Classes offer calm but challenging, full-body classically inspired mat Pilates exercises. Each session blends flow, control and thoughtful pacing to help you build deep strength and lasting mobility that carries into everyday life.

Classes are small and friendly, with a maximum of 8–10 people, which means you receive expert-led guidance, precision Pilates techniques, and tactile cueing to ensure you are aligned and supported.

Ideal if you':

  • want to build functional, full body muscle tone

  • improve mobility for sport or everyday life

  • add balance, control and alignment to your training

Bone Density Training Online

Wednesdays 6.30-7.15pm

This class is designed to support long-term bone health.  Expect to lift moderate-high loads with some impact exercises, like Step-ups, Lunges, Squat jumps, as well as Bridges, Planks and Press Ups.

Ideal if you:

  • want to maintain and build bone strength

  • have osteopenia and are looking for guided resistance work

  • wish to compliment your Pilates practice

This class is unsuitable if you have complex injuries or osteoporosis-related fractures. Rather, I can work very effectively with you 1:1 or carefully in group Pilates classes.
