I discovered Pilates after the birth of my children in 2009 — and it felt like a quiet revolution in how I moved and felt. I realised that low-impact movement could deliver high-impact results: improving strength, flexibility, and balance, and leaving me feeling stronger and more confident in my body.
Some years later, I broke my leg and suffered a prolapsed lumbar disc in a serious skiing accident. While physiotherapy helped in the early stages, it was Pilates that truly restored my strength and mobility. It became — and remains — my foundation for physical and mental wellbeing.
As a Body Control Pilates teacher I warmly invite people of all ages and abilities to join me on the mat and feel the mindful, purposeful movement supporting you from the inside out.
